Graded Premium 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003 he has not been put forward for a premium since 2003.

2004 Season

He qualified and competed at the 2004 British Dressage Winter Semi-finals at Hurstbourne EC in perlim.

He also qualified and compeded at the British Dressage Summer Southern Championships at Oldencraige EC in August gaining a 10th place.

In 2004 he qualified for festivals at Novice level.

2003 Season

He was part of the CBHS winning team at Lincoln University, in an event over three disciplines, dressage, show jumping and a ridden assessment. Sheriff came 2nd out of the 16 horses for his dressage and 3rd out of the purebreds for his jumping.

He represented the CBHS at The Royal Show Stoneleigh for two days taking part in the ridden breed display.

He was in the Isle of Wight dressage team for the British Riding Clubs Championship qualifier in Hampshire. He was placed 6th.

Through the summer he gained a further 8 BD points and qualified in Preliminary and Novice tests for a Summer British Dressage Festival (we were eventing and didn't go to the Festival).

In between he goes eventing and has won a small amount of money BSJA jumping. This all takes place around his stud duties.

2002 Season

Sheriff represented the Cleveland Bay Society on the stand and during a ridden display at Malvern Spring Fair.

He was also invited, and took part in the Golden Heritage Breed Display for 2 days running at the Royal Show Stoneleigh.

He completed six Open unaffiliated one-day-events including Larkhill (Salisbury), Wokingham (Surrey) and West Wilts (Wiltshire).

Early History

As a yearling he won The Alfred Pease Urn, as well as winning in hand at the Durham, Cleveland, Great Yorkshire, Rydale, and Lowther shows.
As a 2 year old he had in hand wins at Durham, Cleveland, Lowther, Harewood, and the Southern Cleveland Bay Breeders Club spring show. He was also 2nd at the Royal Show and the Great Yorkshire Show.
As a 5 year old he took part in the 50th anniversary pageant at the Great Yorkshire show.
